C.J. is made from an NFL Buffalo Bills fan football jersey. He is trimmed in red herringbone ribbon and adorned with a red and white toe-sock hat, red pleather belt with silver buckle, blue and white bracelet, blue and white ornaments, and silver jingle bells.
