Perry wears a suit of black and burgundy flame-stitch brocade trimmed in black and burgundy embroidered rope. His head is wreathed with a gold and silver braided rope necklace. He is further adorned with black, silver, gold and green ornaments, black earrings for epaulets, gold and silver buttons, and gold jingle bells.
